In "stream of time" charts, Friedrich Strass and later artists depict human history as bodies of flowing water.

Item 2: a list

The perfect burger components, from top to bottom:

1. Top bun (potato roll, very lightly toasted if at all)
2. Ketchup & mayo, or “special sauce” - spread on bottom of top bun
3. American cheese, melted
4. Burger patty (modern fake beef is acceptable here but I prefer a smashed 80/20 ground beef mix, medium rare)
5. Bottom bun (see above)
