Wolmania - Friday, May 6, 2022

[Written early last week] As of this writing, Twitter (and thus Revue) is not yet part of Elon Musk's Extremely High Rudimentary Philosophy Thoughts Empire, and hopefully that's still true as of your reading. But I'm on vacation this week and wrote this a couple weeks in advance, so forgive me if recent events within or without the tech world have made anything herein obsolete or newly #problematic.

[Written Tuesday] Hmm, it looks like pretty much everything I said above is no longer true and the sardonic tone doesn't really seem too amusing at this point. Musk decided to take his dumb joke all the way and seems poised to actually buy Twitter (and thus Revue (and thus, sorta, Wolmania)). Also due to exigencies I had to cancel my vacation. Also SCOTUS did what we all knew it would do and the discourse is, appropriately, all about that right now.

So forgive me for ignoring all of the above and just sharing the lightweight, trivial stuff below. Hopefully it is a welcome distraction.
